MDL-150H

The MDL-150H rig was applied to the dam reinforcement project in Nepal: reinforcement piles were constructed beneath the dam body in the first phase, followed by high-pressure jet grouting piles for a water-stop curtain. Equipped with an 89 triple dual-high-pressure jet grouting assembly, it adapted to cobble, boulder and sand strata, shortening the operation time per pile to 2.5 hours — efficient and reliable.

CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

Construction of reinforcement piles beneath the dam body to increase the bearing capacity of the project site

GEOLOGICAL CONDITIONS

0–10 m: cobbles and boulders ; 10–30 m: sand layer
